I currently work for a client who needed assistance with batch processing of checks. Previously, they relied on a manual method, emailing a list of checks to a vendor who would then cut the checks and send back a file with Positive Pay details for upload to the bank. While this process worked, my client needed a more efficient solution.

Everything they promised happened exactly as described! My client uses QuickBooks Online (QBO) and we found that Checkflo integrates seamlessly with QBO, which is perfect for us. With Checkflo, we can view reports in one place instead of tracking emails as we did with the previous system. We can also view the tracking status of mailed checks and download Positive Pay reports directly from the platform.
